Earth-Moon Network = Maturing Space Industries

As I has said before, a private space station is a MUST. It can be launched
before or after SSTO reusables are built. Tourism, property rights, trips to
moon, etc etc, all need a real soild location that people can use as goal to
reach and a starting place. Station is the key to infrastructure building in
space. Launch from there will make trips to the belt far easier and cheaper
than straight from earth (though, robotic crews may be profitable regardless
of the launch's location.)
