Ok. For the longest time I believe reducing the cost of reaching LEO to be
the one thing we most needed to spawn space industry. However, I then
learned from some folks (many of whom are on this list, in fact) that
regardless of the cost there is no market for such a launch system. Lacking
the industry savvy (and ok, possibly the smarts, but don't tell anyone), I
could see the logic in that argument.

So, let's ask another question. What market would such a launch system play
for? What market would use this new and vastly improved launch system? I am
assuming heavy-lift and crew piloted, correct?
