It sounds to me like you're treading into that tiring old
Libertarian territory.

I purposely didn't describe the political system of Solara because I
didn't want this thread to turn into a political debate.

You can advocate your free state idea to all who are interested. I'm
not. I'm chosing to confine my proposal to existing governmental
systems.
