Space independance

I appologize...I did not mean personally if you took it that way, just the
cowboy mentality is one option some folks have of getting into Space...I
deal sometimes with investors and governments and it seems that bravisimo
turns them off post-haste. Some Venture Capitalist may claim to like it, but
they are somewhat hard to find these days...

taking the longer more conservative route after all and not "just doing it"
without a carefully built credible foundation of accomplishments.

So what is "acting like a Queen Victoria"?

I recall she helped bootstrap England up as a world power... or am I
mistaken?
...in the mean time I'm hoping for the status quo to more or less hold to
get the second part of a back- to- back funding in place we need for a small
community development project... Got any friends with an extra $800mm to top
it off ? It's secured by real estate at 30% LTV :-) Working with
International lawyers on wording for a Sea Launch facility as well with the
government... ouch, insurance premium is gonna be a bear and a half my
friend :-)
