imagine organizing your LLC or other corp on Space platform and requiring
any suits to be served and litigated on venue, i.e. Space Station... cuts
back on frivolous suits fer sure :-)

So holding corps. sensative legal transactions etc could be done in Space
protecting from jurisdictional arguements and clauses and rules.

Sounding better and better... who wants to be a rock-miner or factory worker
when you can deal with REAL money-wealth :-)
