Slightly enlarged Stanford Torus (from the 1970's study), which
seems resonable given the ability to use larger percentages of the
lunar regolith, plus the presense of lunar ice. So a bigger habitat
for less cost seems reasonable. Of course, this assumes that launch
costs similar to those assumed in the 1970's study can be achieved.

In the spreadsheet? I wouldn't dare. I still wonder if the one or
two I've posted are any good.
