orbital construction testbed and AI

How many of you are good programmers and/or AI experts that would
participate substantially in a NASA led open source automation and
robotics orbital construction testbed and competition?

The materials in one asteroid (the largest ) are sufficient to make
orbital space colonies with ~500 times the surface area of the Earth in
