2) Your assumption that "132s" will do grunt work while "152s" stare
at the stars is a false one. Any 152 who isn't ready and willing to
take his or her turn (literally!) shoveling shit (whatever else the
inhabitants of an O'Neillian orbital habitat may be, they wil surely
be FARMERS) won't make the cut to begin with.
Fra more to the point: Any individual who is not ready, willing, and
EAGER to actively contribute to the caretaking and education of the
comunity's children won't make the cut either, no matter HOW high his
or her IQ :)
