Being realistic, you will have to wait a lot... We are far behind China or
India - we don't even have a satellite launcher that works yet.

However, recently President Da Silva had a "Kennedy Moment": he criticized the
pessimists that believe that we'll never get off-ground (a kind of people
specially active after the accident in Alcntara Base) and said something
like "Be sure that Brazil will become a country with mastery in space
technology", along with promises of increasing the budget and
building-and-testing another launcher prototype ASAP. Hope that will be
true...
