The five page discussion of current economic policies and their effect on
contemporary working-class Americans, last-years profits of a chemical
manufacturer, and unemployment figures in Ohio during the Clinton era, to
me, just didn't seem to fit with space settlement.

Even suffocating whales in orbit seemed closer to topic.
