The nice thing about business people running everything is their
honesty. Think Enron. Of course, without a government it's a little
difficult to see how your business folk will enforce a contract. They
could, of course, hire some bully boys to beat the livin' daylights out
of someone who filched on a contract -- or even just a legitimate
compeditor who was getting in the way of profits.

Every livable place on Earth has a government of some sort, some better
some worse. Think there might be reason for that? One reason is that
capitalism only works if you have the rule of law, and that requires a
government.
