Heinlein wrote some good stories in his day, but is SUCH a shame
that so many liberatarians got turned on to their politics by his
work. Those days of rugged individualism are long gone. Even in his
stories, the context of libertarianism usually played itself out in
the frontier, whether on the Moon, or working some farm on Ganymede
or tilling a field behind some mule on some distant planet.

Complex societies have complex polities.
