And you TRULY believe that "frontier politics" will not once again
obtain in the "umbrella polity" of orbital habitats??!! Puh-leez!
BTW, are you familiar with Robert Nozick's _State, Anarchy, &
Utopia_? If not, you might find it an eye-opening notion that the
only way to guarantee that YOUR habitat has the freedom to organize
itself as YOUR population desires is to pitch in on guaranteeing that
OTHER FOLKS' habitats are equally free to organize themselves in the
way THEIT\R populations desire.
The freedom to exist "X's way or no way" is no freedom at all.
