Yup. Relativity. One second is 186282 miles (299,792.458 km/s); pretty much.

In life you've sort of got a choice between travelling at the speed of
light in the time direction (by not moving) or stopping your progression
in the time direction and travelling at the speed of light in any other
direction, or doing anything in between; but you are always travelling
at the speed of light.

Most people don't think about it like that though.
