concrete/syncrete

Perhaps a bit sloppy of me, using the familiar term. I guess I assumed that
readers here would know this.
Not really useful to think of replicating concrete in space, even though
possible (Asteroid resources being available, and synthetic formulae mixed
with asteroidal water).
As I remember, the author of the "Concrete Space Colonies" article most
often used the phrase "fused rock dust". Usually we think of sintered regolith
after extraction of useful metals and volatiles, though nobody says that this is
the only or best way.
