NASA budget data

First off, the JASAON project is definitely in NASA's
charter. To read more about it:

As for turbines and stuff, you need to remember that
one of the A's in NASA stands for aeronautics.

Thing i found interesting is the division of all
various labors. In a way I am happy to see that most
state's universities got something. I've seen the
effect of a NASA project on a grad student, its
something they carry with them forever and is a great
learning experience for whatever workforce job they
take afterwards.

That being said, it seems like alot of that funding
should come from the NSF not NASA. Oh well, guess you
go wherever you can for the dollars...
