I can't help but wonder how difficult it would be to put another Mir up there. Surely it would be reasonably profitable.
Mir cost: $80M
Launch cost (proton): $120M

Soyuz cost (manned): $40M
Ticket cost: $5M

With two passengers and one pilot, launch costs could be recooped after twenty launches. Now all you need is a few dozen rich nuts who want to go up and a bigger nut to pay for the whole thing.
