Monitoring

nuclear fueling in space, and also to any mass-handling industry in
space, regarding orbital bombardment and artificial meteorites."

No, I was not responding to anyone's post.

I was just pointing out a few things that the governments on earth
might be concerned about when it comes to mining space, especially
asteroids.

Nukes and rock-throwing.

The only thing I can figure is to allow monitoring and physical
oversight by earth loyalists. This would, I think, help prevent
intentional disasters (by some space nut, for example) from occuring.
