Just consider five things:
the way and back to L5 and/or earth)
-- shopping mall
-- asteroid materials (ie Platinum Group Metals, etc)
-- vacant space at a ring spin system at L5 for tourists, employees,
and new residents
-- SPS
Looks good to me.
