Both of those are great books, but I always feel it is
best to hear all sides of the argument. So include in
that the Case for Mars by Robert Zubrin and take a
look at the work the Artemis Society is doing about
the moon: http://www.asi.org/adb/ (not sure if there
is a good book out there that flat out pushes the
lunar colonization angle that is equivalent to
O'Niell's and Zubrin's works).
