For anyone out there that feels they run the risk of asking a stupid
question: There are no stupid questions (within reason :-) ). I have read
and occasional corresponded with many members in this group for quite
awhile, and I can tell you that they are all receptive to questions, and do
a very good job at answering them and/or providing links for further
resources. So, don't hesitate to ask - I always get this image in my mind of
all these posters hanging over their keyboards scrambling to be the first to
answer :-)

Be careful, however, when stating facts... Well known facts are one thing,
like the force of gravity or the inhospitable nature of hard vacuum, but
things that may be cutting edge or debatable are another thing entirely. Be
prepared to defend your position if you believe in it, because you will hear
about it. Not to mention any names, Tango! :-)

It's what learnin' is all about!
