An space settlement is like a small island on Earth.
Small population of up to 100.000. So, they will act
just as small town people do. Perhaps we may look at
historic Easter Island as a model society of an
isolated space city.
Besides, in Spanish there is a proverb that say it
all: "small town, big hell!".
I think people will continue to be the way it'd use to
be
