How to fill a new Habitat?

This is a small list of products and services that
such a colony could produce.

(1) Space Tourism. I think it will be the main source
of revenues, at least at the beginning.
(2) Maintenance services for satelites and spatial
instalations.
(3) Astronomical studies platform.
(4) Support of very large scale facilites for high
energy physics.
(5) Microgravity chemistry and manufacturing.
(6) Support for another planets' colonies.
(7) Manufacturing yards for space ships.
(8) Microgravity sports, arts and film production
center.
(9) SPS, of course, could be a part of it.
(10) Teleworking for companies on Earth.

We have to think in what are the competitive advantage
of living in Space. If you are living there, you may
not compite producing fruits, for example, but you
could be able to produce same very unique and pricy
goods and services. I would like to know what.
