Now that I'm all for. The issue is now convincing the people with
money that space is a good investment which is what people are
currently trying to do. Incidently, donating to charities and losing
money in a bad investment are treated roughly the same at tax time.
You'll get deductions for both. (In the US anyway... I don't know
about other nations.)
