How to fill a new Habitat?

The thing is, I think SPS is more akin to large-scale construction than
it is to running a small number of comsats.

But I must say that one advantage space tourism has over SPS is that it
can start out small-scale, and grow.

SPS may be a good source of revenues, but it isn't
necessary to send people to Space to make it work.
Remember that the sat communications business does not
need people in orbit to maintain them operatives. SPS,
if happens, I think will not need people to operate
either, it'll be authomatic.

What else is left? That's why I think Space Tourism is
the way to go. At least at first. The world has quite
a lot millionairs that don't know how to spend their
money. Let's them to contribute to develop space. That
way, millionairs would serve the human race. I guess,
it's the first time in history they'll do something
useful.
