Rotating space tethers can be built today. Check out my
spacetethers.com. I am sure we will not have to wait
till 2075 to see them built. I think less than 15 years.

A rotating tether can handle about half the orbital
delta-V. With this you just need something about like
the first stage of a two stage rocket. It will be easy
to make the rocket reusable since it does not have to
go through orbital reentry. Something like the first
stage of the Falcon-V.
