Let me pick the collective memory with this question:

I have the vaguest memory of a TV pilot that must have aired in the
1970s about a crew on an intersteller starship. That's it. I
remember this aired only once. I hoped it would become a series but
it didn't and I'd like any details that anyone else remembers, or
for that matter, just a confirmation that someone else remembers
seeing this pilot.
