Island One, Two and Three

The NASA/Ames researchers didn't consider this to be a problem, as they
had arranged for the torus to rotate in the same plane as the orbit.
That's why the big oval mirror above is needed. It's the mirror that
tracks the sun, rather than the habitat.

Or alternately, one might try the same trick as with the Bernal Sphere:
spin the radiation shield in the opposite direction. It might need to
be a bit stronger in that case, but not a whole lot so since it would
only be rotating at around 1/10th the RPMs of the pressure hull.
