Well, let's say we haven't tested it in space. There have been
Earthbound experiments. The question is to what extent the experimental
results we get here on Earth would apply in space.
Personally, I can't help but wonder if we'll find that adapting to spin
in space is easier than on Earth. On Earth, gravity is an additional
force acting on the inner ear. In space, that'd be one less force to
complicate things.
