Why you call "Luna" to the Moon?

Thaks guys,

I never stop leaning. I always believe that Moon was
the actual name of Earth's satellite in English. Well,
in Spanish "luna" means natural satellite and "Luna"
means "Luna" also. So that's why I got confussed.
