"And I shoot the first snake that crosses my path"

I found a snake in my backyard one day. I picked it up, put it in a bag,
and brought it to a family picnic. My neices got a kick out of seeing it,
but my parents warned me to keep it away from my grandmother who had a fear
of them. Eventually, I let it out of the bag and into my brother's garden.
I bet he was thrilled with that. :)
