I believe it would twist, a gentle curve antispinward. This might be
corrected by making the waterfall more of a tumbling stream, and making the
antispin side of the watercourse higher, to "channel" the water into a more
appropriate-to-a-planetary-surface path.

Of course, you could really freak out flatlanders on vacation by leaving
the waterfall alone and letting it curve. A cylinder spinning rapidly
might even end up with a spiral waterfall. What a photograph to email back home!!!
