Happosai is the name of a character from the manga/anime "Ranma 1/2."
Happosaai, who is the founder of the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts,
is also a dirty old man whose hobby is collecting ladies underwear. Off
clotheslines. Usually at night. When the ladies aren't looking.
Happosai's two main disciples call him Master to his face, and the Evil
Master behind his back. Ranma's nickname for Happosai is "The Old Freak."
