Redesigning O Neill cylinders

I was going through the archives and thought I'd add a little
anecdote. IIRC, the first sci-fi show to show a bathroom was "Babylon 5".
For those who haven't seen the series, B5 is a space station, an
enclosed O'Neill cylinder with a core light tube (and some other
differences). Harlan Ellison was hired as the show's "Creative
Consultant" but was dubbed "the wandering agent of chaos" because he's
mill around the set saying things like "that would never happen on a
space station, you have to change that".
Anyway, when they build the set for the bathroom, the toyed with the
idea of including a little sign on the side of the urinal with a
target and the words "Aim Here". For those who might forget to
compensate for coriolis effects. :)
