Just my personal opinion but I can see that the habitat and its
main functions would be standardized and then the living and
working enviorment would be adjusted to demands - one of the
advantages of determining water flow would be that you would have a
lot of space under the soil - housing- light industrial - offices,
etc could have windows facing out( or up- skylights) and the water
courses would give garden effects to see - the amount of area would
be very large and reasonablely adjustable. - we all need air water
and power - everything else is adjustable.
