This micro factory device is intended initially for planet surface
manufacturing of oxygen and methane ... but they point out it should
operate just as well in zero gravity. Fire a few of these at a near-earth
object, along with some empty storage tanks, and in a few years you can go
back and collect your oxygen, methane and water for your new orbital colony.

I like it! I wonder if this system can also process nitrogen out of the
NEOs; they're the only source I know of, other than bringing it up from
Earth. If this idea can be expanded to completely break down everything we
can get from carbonaceous chondrite asteroids amongst the NEOs, this could
open up opportunities in space decades before we could put manned mining
operations in place. Possibilities...
