This is quite true. That was why my initial vision had
been to have a mostly vegetarian diet on the stations. I
envisioned that in the future most people would have a
lower meat consumption rate than exists currently in the
US because meat is inefficient as far as land use goes and
on Earth there wouldn't be the room. -- Felicia
