No, some effects are bigger or smaller, but physics applies everywhere.
The pressure differences in an Island 3 are less than on Earth because the
accelerations due to the rotation fall more quickly than that of gravity
with altitude, but the effect is still significant on Island 3s. IRC it was
maybe a reduction by 1/3 of the pressure.
