Mining Asteroids

At the start, we need to conduct micro-mining experiments and trials
in micro-G to prove that asteroid mining is do-able.

Then, maybe a remote-from-earth fly-by to further demonstrate to
earthers the real prospects and value inherent to the proposal.

But we can't settle for one product or even one type of product and we
want the flexibility and on-the-spot efficiency and creative
engineering humans can provide.

We want to develop a HUGE space catalog of products and services to
help guarantee our success. It's not just mining and shouldn't be
just mining. We need to add in other offers such as tourism, nights
stays at the SpaceCity, selling space vehicles, space manufacturing,
business set-ups, etc.

This is space development in the raw.

Business means jobs. Job creation will catapult space to where we
truly want it to be.

I'm in favor of robotics but to make it pay BIG, and for a secure
long-term foothold in space, we've got to add people to the equation.

We don't want robots for tourist guides for gosh sakes.
