Are they saying that? Well, I started skipping that thread a long time
ago and I wasn't aware of that. I also can't see how someone can't
launch a mass driver payload that can't pass through any target point
in the cislunar space, regardless of the moon surface location were
the mass driver is.

Waiting for clarification.
