Gentelemen, excuse me for intruding, but having studied history and a
bit of personal experience, I can say quite firmly that just because
a person is extremely well educated does not mean they're smart and
it certainly does not make them moral. I can even cite a case in
history that even now shocks and sickens me.

I can also tell you that I am very suspiceous of polling data simply
because they don't match up to election results.

For this conversation in General, We are talking about the Majority
of the American people, the people We need to talk to in order to get
them Space Oriented as well as interested in Space Coloniziation.

I took this tack when I read Zubrin's foolishness in Ad Astra with
his idea of 'Yack Attacks' about people getting onto all kinds of
radio talk shows promising the host to talk about one thing and then
suddenly shift to Mars. I wrote saying that his idea was foolishness,
then going on to discuss what I thought about his plans for Mars
which I have no faith in. Reaching the majority of the American
people is going to take more than T-shirts.
