Awful liberals, awful conservatives [WAS ISLAND ONE, a prime time...]

Very speculative and baseless.

People don't stop thinking when they move to a new habitat.

Politics is an extremely important preoccupation of serious thinkers.

If you want a certain mentality shared by all humanity and, at the same
time, oppose politics then there's simply just no practical way to attain
your Utopia except in your mind.

Reactionary politics is what you should fight if you want to move ahead as
that's what will block you from going forward.

And that's what the U.S. has at the moment. Conservatives swirl around the
bowl smiling. Reactionaries clamber to the toilet's drain. Very odd and
annoying folks to say the least.

The best thing to do in you case is to speak up more about it but I'd say
avoid anarchistic expectations because it ain't gonna happen.

Space is no Paradise however you want to imagine it.
