Doubt it. Still SOciety can keep one least harmful evil, but it
should still punish those who take it too far.

Actually I know of one girl, who i did not know, did get hurt in an
automobile accident. But driving a car does not make a driver into an
addict. Transprot benefits the economy by allowing workers to mve
around. Society does not have to pay for car drving addicts sending
them off to dry out or recover. Society has to pay for unfortunates
such as Crack Babies. Ever see a new born suffer withdrawls?

Truth is Some things are unavoidable. Somethings like drugs are and
should be delt with harshly. Society has to pay for the consequenes
so society should be allowed to put a stop to them. Truth is I would
like to see the United States go the way of Singapore in dealing with
this problem.
