Why stop there with food? What about biotech-enginnered plants for lumber,
paper, drugs, etc. What about one colony that is entirely water, fit for deep
sea and shallow sea fish farming?

Buut you must keep one thing in mind: supply and demand will determines both
price and profit margins.
