If that be the case then there would be a conspiracy of fools.
Abridging Thanksgiving doesn't affect the market at all. FDR tried it.
They certainly lost out on the advertising bucks for all the Spcials
on the Pilgrims and the Mayflower that they didn't run this year or
years preveious.
Not one show. Not one cartoon. Not one movie or mini series.
Perhaps you might find it useful material for your L5 comedy series.
Somebody might throw a feast for the Thanksgiving holiday and
everyone tries to remember what it's all about and in the end they
could realise that in their day, they are the Pilgrims.
