If you remember the discussion about colonizing mars using solar sail
technology, there was a claim that you could do the trip to mars in
two weeks. The sail to do this would be as large as I described for
the earth shading system.

For cooling Venus, the sail would be transluencent.

If you are interested in heating up Mars, there is a chapter in Green
Mars, where they describe such a concave mirror how to deploy it,
etc... It is a good read but don't take the space physics to
seriously.
