Don't freak out.
I simply would not support asteroid retrieval, especially at the start.
A window of 60-days or so per NEA is sufficient. EVA's would be unlikely
or very rare and no humans would set foot on the surface except possibly to
retrieve equipment and that is most likely to be done mechanically as well.
That offers the highest profit potential anywhere - better than earth, moon,
and Mars put together.
Retrieval is unnecessary and extreme.
That can wait.
They're not going anywhere.
