Mars colonies

Someone recently asked me about the availabity of liquid water on Mars.
Well, as long as its brine
then it can exist under Mars pressure and tempertures. Remember the humidity
is about 100% so theres
nowhere for the water to go. A recent experiment shows this:

Futher, there is evergrowing evidence from recent Mars missions. This
independent researcher makes
a very convincing case that Spirit is sitting on mud.

Have a look at the xenotechresearch site. He has listed plently evidence of
large scale availability
of Martian water. Also he provides evidence of current Martian life and
fossils. I'm not convinced
on all his claims but doubt water will be a major problem for Martian
colonist. Also I'm willing to make
a small bet that there is life currently on Mars. Think studying and
exploiting the Martian biosphere will
be a major task for Martian colonist.
