Point one out to us please. Someone knowledgeable, who has published
in peer-reviewed engineering journals preferrably.
I doubt that anyone says it's easy, just that it's possible, maybe
with a lot of it being OTS.
Another thing Prado says on permanant.com is that "perfect" is the
enemy, while "good enough" could make it work and prove the concepts,
and probably pay off the initial investment.

It is not now, nor for the last ~30 years has it been a question of
lacking of available technology or affordability which has kept us
from going back to the Moon or on to Mars or doing any other large
work in space.
It is solely a question of desire and political will: we -or our
elected officials- decided not to go.
