NASA's pale vision

One of the problems with NASA's future plans (they call it vision) is that they only talk of 'Space Exploration'. They seem to be strangely silent about 'Human Presence in Space'.

I don't think they are enthused about Space Habs, which has all in this group 'aflutter'. How come?

P.S. I think there needs to be some kind of a public relations campaign to make ordinary folks aware of the immense possibilities for Space Habs.
